We use our injection moulding machines mainly for the production of plastic parts for our
high quality cable reels ans machine lights. We operate our own injection moulding department with seven injection moulding machines. The injection moulding tools are maintained and serviced in our own tool shop.

Kann ich Material für Spritzguss z.B. Kunststoffgranulat beistellen? Beschafft HEDI das Material für den Spritzguss selbst?
Da wir für unsere eigene Produkt selbst viele Teile im Spritzguss fertigen, haben wir verschiedene Vormaterialien und Granulate für den Spritzguss auch auf Lager. Selbstverständlich können Sie aber auch Material beistellen.

Wir haben freie Kapazitäten im Spritzguss, weshalb wir Ihr Projekt meist in kurzer Zeit bearbeiten und abschließen können. Generell gilt, die Angebotserstellung und die Lieferzeiten für den Spritzguss sind abhängig von der Art und dem Umfang der Ihrer Anfrage bzw. Ihres Auftrags.

For the implementation of the injection moulding project, you should have an existing injection mould that we can use in our injection moulding systems. We will be happy to discuss everything else with you personally. If you do not yet have an injection moulding tool at your disposal, we will be happy to help you find a suitable toolmaker or support you in procuring one.
