Injection moulding is a HEDI core competence. We supply you with plastic components for your production in exzellenter Produktqualität, at a fair price and within short delivery times.
We use our injection moulding machines mainly for the production of plastic parts for our
high quality cable reels ans machine lights. We operate our own injection moulding department with seven injection moulding machines. The injection moulding tools are maintained and serviced in our own tool shop.

In the 2-component injection moulding process, parts can be moulded from two materials with different properties. These can be hard and soft components, for example. Even plastics with opposing properties can be joined together.

Can I provide material for injection molding, e.g. plastic granulate? Does HEDI procure the material for injection molding itself?
As we manufacture many parts for our own products ourselves using injection molding, we also have various primary materials and granulates for injection molding in stock. Of course, you can also provide material.
What are the delivery times? How quickly will I receive a quotation for my injection moulding project?
We have free capacity in injection molding, which is why we can usually process and complete your project in a short time. In general, the preparation of quotations and delivery times for injection molding depend on the type and scope of your inquiry or order.

What do we need for injection moulding?
For the implementation of the injection moulding project, you should have an existing injection mould that we can use in our injection moulding systems. We will be happy to discuss everything else with you personally. If you do not yet have an injection moulding tool at your disposal, we will be happy to help you find a suitable toolmaker or support you in procuring one.
