Assembly
We offer the HEDI e.STATION in numerous equipment variants. Various combinations of three-phase current, alternating current, compressed air, data and much more offer you the perfect distributor for your application. Take advantage of the numerous assembly and individual expansion options.
Screw connections
You can easily connect the HEDI e.STATIONs to your home network via the high-quality and robust Screw connections on the top. Due to the secure suspension from the knotted chain, there is no load on the connection and no danger of the connection coming loose by accident. Our compressed air versions are supplied with a high-quality, 2m long with fabric reinforced industry hose.
Height-adjustable distributor
The standard scope of delivery of each suspended manifold includes a 2m long galvanised knotted chain with carabiner. This carabiner chain allows you to adjust the height of the hanging distributor. Simply attach the carabiner to the appropriate place. A 2m long compressed air hose is included with the compressed air suspension manifolds.
Handle & tool hook
The HEDI e.STATION suspended distributors are equipped with a stable grab handle. With one hand on the handle, connecting and disconnecting tools does not become a windy affair. Tools within reach? The handle on the wall-mounted distributor can also be used as a tool Suspension .

What is a suspended energy distributor?
A power distributor distributes the provided operating voltage to several sockets. A suspended distribution board is a power distribution board for hanging, for example at industrial workplaces or in the workshop. A carabiner chain is supplied with each power distributor for suspension from the ceiling. The height of the suspended distributor can be adjusted using this carabiner chain. The suspended distributor can also be combined with a spring balancer. The spring balancer is not included in the scope of delivery and must be retrofitted.
Are there hanging distributors with compressed air
Ja, im Sortiment von HEDI finden Sie Hängeverteiler mit Druckluft oder mit Druckluft-Sicherheitskupplung. Zum Anschluss wird ein hochwertiger PVC-Industriegewebeschlauch (9x2,8 mm), belastbar bis 12 bar, mitgeliefert.
Are there combined suspended distributors with AC and three-phase / heavy current outputs?
Ja, der Großteil unserer Hängeverteiler bietet eine Kombination aus Wechselstromsteckdosen (250 V, 16 A) und CEE-Steckdosen (400 V, 5x16 A oder 400 V, 5x32 A) für Drehstrom / Starkstrom. Der Stromzugang erfolgt bei diesen Verteilern immer über einen CEE-Anschlussstecker.
Which accesses do I need to connect the hanging suspended energy distributors?
The suspended energy distributors are ideally suited for stationary suspension in industry and workshops. The connection is made via a connection cable installed on site. This is not included in the scope of delivery for most distributors, we recommend a neoprene rubber cable (H07RN-F) or higher quality. Installation may only be carried out by a qualified electrician. For connecting the distributors to the mains, connection instructions are enclosed with each distributor. You will find information on which connection cable is required for which distributor in our catalogue. Or contact us, we will be happy to advise you on our distributors!
I am looking for a special combination of outputs. Does HEDI have a suspended energy distributor suitable for me?
The well thought-out design concept of the wall-mounted distributors allows numerous equipment variants. (e.g. with compressed air, protective contact sockets, CEE sockets for heavy current, data connections and safety couplings) In our assortment we have far more hanging distributors than we can illustrate. Contact us with your specific idea, we will be happy to give you information about which distribution board is suitable for hanging in your workshop / production hall.
Are the suspended distributors from HEDI height-adjustable?
The hanging distributors from HEDI are height-adjustable. The distributor can be adjusted to your required height using the 2-metre long knotted chain supplied. For fastening, we recommend using the carabiner supplied.
