HEDI armoured cable PLUS extension cable (H07BQ-F)
Polyurethane cables (H07BQ-F) are designed for the highest requirements. They are completely weatherproof, oil- and acid-resistant, microbe-proof and embrittlement-proof, extremely abrasion-resistant. The permissible temperature range for these cables is from -40° C to +90° C. You can obtain our HEDI armoured cables PLUS, with cross-sections up to 5G6.0, also with cable printing on request.

Armoured cable (K35) for extremely tough operations. Completely weatherproof, oil- and acid-resistant, microbe-resistant and embrittlement-proof. Robust against abrasion and crushing. Approved temperature range from -35° C and +80° C. This cable is not approved for use on german construction sites! You receive our HEDI armoured cable, with cross-sections up to 5G6.0 and on request also with cable printing.

What accessories for three-phase extension cables can I get from HEDI?
The HEDI extension cables are supplied with a Velcro tape to fix the cable. A HEDI CableFix is also recommended. With this, you can very easily tie up the extension cable and hang it up, or fix the coupling as a distribution station, for example on scaffoldings.
What is a phase inverter plug?
With a phase reversing plug, the direction of rotation can be adjusted for the use of machines that depend on the direction of rotation. For this purpose, you will find a switch on the plug that can be loosened, e.g. with a screwdriver. After loosening, the phase pins can be turned. A phase reversing plug is needed for larger construction sites where, for example, larger saws are used.
Welche Länge von Drehstrom Verlängerungsleitungen ist ratsam?
For most applications, such as sawing work or for the concrete mixer, a three-phase extension cable with 25 m is often sufficient. Long extension cables with a high cross-section can become very heavy. For large construction sites, extension cables with up to 50 m are often necessary. These can quickly weigh over 20 kg. For these applications, we advise you to consider a professional cable drum, e.g. the HEDI Professional Plus .
Can I make an extension cable myself?
We recommend that you do not make an extension lead yourself, but buy them from reputable extension lead manufacturers.
