Why do you need an LED spotlight?
LED Strahler sind ideal zur Ausleuchtung von kleinen und mittelgroßen Räumen geeignet. Alle HEDI LED Strahler sind zudem für den Außeneinsatz zugelassen und können auch zur Beleuchtung von Freigeländen eingesetzt werden. LED Wandstrahler können auch dauerhaft an Außenflächen platziert werden.
Which LED spotlight variants does HEDI offer?
In the HEDI range you will find LED spotlights with 30, 50 or 150 watts. For all spotlights, you can choose between variants for wall mounting or in a carrying frame. The 50 Watt spotlight is also available with a stand.
HEDI also sells a rechargeable LED spotlight with 30 watts of power.
Which accessories for LED spotlights?
A tripod is a suitable accessory for the LED spotlights. Each spotlight can be easily screwed onto a stand. At HEDI, you can get a spotlight stand that can be extended to a height of 1.70 metres. However, you can also use any other tripod to raise your spotlight.
A rechargeable battery is included in the scope of delivery of the rechargeable spotlight from HEDI. You can also purchase the same battery as a spare part. The battery can also be used as a power bank or as a torch.
Is the light source of the LED spotlight replaceable?
No, the light source of the HEDI LED spotlight is not replaceable.
Is the battery-powered LED spotlight from HEDI dimmable?
Yes, the rechargeable LED spotlight is dimmable. You can choose between two levels (level 1 = 300 lumens, level 2 = 150 lumens).
I would like to mount my LED spotlight outside. At what height should I mount it?
There are no specifications for the installation of LED spotlights outdoors. We recommend mounting LED spotlights outdoors at a height of at least 1.80m. This is the only way to ensure that the outdoor LED spotlight illuminates an appropriate area. In addition, the outdoor LED spotlight should be mounted at a height that is not within reach. This protects the LED spotlight from theft or unintentional adjustment.
Which IP for outside LED spotlights?
Outdoor LED spotlights should have at least IP class IP54 (dust and splash-proof). This means that the outdoor LED spotlights are also protected against the ingress of dirt and rainwater. All our LED spotlights, except the rechargeable LED spotlight, have IP65. This means that they are protected against dust and water jets and offer better protection than IP54. You can therefore use the spotlights confidently on construction sites or even splash water against the spotlight without damaging it. The rechargeable LED spotlight is also ideally suited for outdoor use with IP54.
Which colour temperature for outdoor spotlights?
To create an optimal working environment, an outdoor floodlight should produce light as similar to daylight as possible. Outdoor spotlights with a colour temperature of 6,500 Kelvin emit light in daylight quality. The lower the colour temperature, the warmer the light appears. All our LED spotlights have a colour temperature of 6,500 Kelvin and are suitable for illuminating outdoor workplaces or, for example, courtyard entrances. The rechargeable spotlight has a colour temperature of 6,000 Kelvin. This colour temperature is also suitable for outdoor use.
